
Description
Calendula, or Marigold, is an annual garden plant. The leaves are alternate,
sessile, spatulate or oblancleolate, dentate with widely spaced teeth, and
hairy. From June to October the plant bears large, brilliant, yellow or
orange, terminal flower heads.
